Phase I

As part of phase I, a total of 122 apartments is being built in six elegant villa houses. The layouts range from studios, suitable for starter housing and/or as an investment opportunity, to generous four-bedroom apartments ideal for comfortable family living. Compared to phase H, all apartments in phase I boast higher standard of fitouts - large windows, underfloor heating in the living room, preparation for installation of A/C and generally higher standard of bathrooms (larger sizes of tiles, bathtubs, showers etc.). All flats also have their own balcony, terrace or garden, plus a spacious cellar and the possibility of purchasing one or more parking spaces in the basement.

Thanks to large-format windows, the apartments guarantee an abundance of natural daylight and breathtaking views of the green, newly finished park, while the sophisticated architecture of the project guarantees privacy. The entrance lobbies are also designed in a higher standard than in phase H. The apartment villas in phase I have been designed to feature Class B energy efficiency, making them very economical.

Two unique spaces will also be available to residents here – the Quiet Room where residents can work or meditate undisturbed, and the Music Room, a creative space for all talents and enthusiasts.
